However, we understand that there may be instances where our customers need to cancel their services or request a refund. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which cancellations and refunds are processed.

  • Upgrades for Minecraft (Game Panel) VPS
  • Upgrades for KVM VPS

Any products or services that were suspended, canceled, or terminated due to the abusive usage of the products, services, or any other violation of the Terms and Conditions are not eligible for a refund.

The purpose of the refund is for customers to try and understand whether the services provided by Hostinger suit their needs. In any way, Hostinger will not tolerate abusive usage of refunds (i.e., refunding the same services multiple times and (or) repetitively purchasing and asking for a refund for services purchased in bulk, etc.). Hostinger remains a right to unilaterally decline the request for a refund if any of the signs related to the abusage of the refunds occur.

Cancellation Policy

1. Service Cancellation

Customers can cancel their services at any time through the Hostnate client portal. To cancel a service, follow these steps:

  • Log in to your Hostnate account.
  • Navigate to the "Services" section.
  • Select the service you wish to cancel.
  • Click on the "Request Cancellation" button.
2. Immediate vs. End-of-Term Cancellation

Customers have the option to cancel their services immediately or at the end of the current billing cycle:

  • Immediate Cancellation: The service will be terminated within 24 hours of the cancellation request. No prorated refund will be provided for the remaining period of the billing cycle.
  • End-of-Term Cancellation: The service will continue to be active until the end of the current billing cycle. No further charges will be applied, and the service will not be renewed.

Refund Policy

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Hostnate offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for new customers on the following services:

  • Shared Hosting
  • VPS Hosting
  • WordPress Hosting
  • Cloud Hosting

If you are not satisfied with the service, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the initial purchase. The money-back guarantee does not apply to dedicated servers, domain registrations, SSL certificates, or any additional services or add-ons.

2. Refund Process

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  • Log in to your Hostnate account.
  • Navigate to the "Billing" section.
  • Select "Request Refund" and provide a reason for your request.

Our billing team will review your request and process the refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Domain registrations and renewals
  • SSL certificates
  • Dedicated servers
  • Software licenses
  • Custom services and professional services fees
4. Prorated Refunds

Prorated refunds are not provided for any services, except in cases where Hostnate fails to deliver the promised service or there is a significant disruption in service for which Hostnate is responsible.

Important Considerations

  • Promotional Offers: Refunds are not available for services purchased at promotional rates or with discount coupons.
  • Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback without contacting Hostnate support first may result in the suspension or termination of your account.
  • Account Balance: Any account balance remaining after a refund will be available for future purchases with Hostnate.
